Each athlete’s personalized program is developed by IAA’s world-leading Performance Specialists. The IAA Performance Team is made up of top experts with experience training thousands of top athletes and teams, including college, pro, and national team athletes in their specific sports.

The IAA online platform manages each athlete’s personalized training program while providing optional Team Account features for coaches to monitor each athlete’s progress.
