The following is a detailed questionnaire in which IA Academy will develop an in-depth analysis of your current physical and athletic attributes. This analysis will create your 'Athlete Development Profile', which your personalized 'Sport-Specific Training Program' is based on.
We highly recommend that you take a moment to click the 'Learn More' link next to each Question. This will help you to better understand the different aspects of each question and how it helps us determine the results of your personal 'Athlete Development Profile'
After you complete the profile questionnaire we will direct you to our 'Create an Athlete Account' page. After you create an athlete account we will direct you to your personal home page, the "Locker Room". This is where you will find your daily sport specific workout programs and you can begin your free trial.
